This site sets no advertising or analytics cookie and runs no tracking script of any kind. We do not collect payment card details ourselves: checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, our payment provider, which processes your payment and holds your card details on our behalf. Stripe is also the source of the delivery address and contact details we use to fulfil your order.
- CJdropshipping, our fulfilment partner, which receives your name, delivery address and phone number so it can ship your order. Fulfilment partners may process this data outside the UK; where that happens we require appropriate safeguards to be in place.
- Delivery carriers, to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
- HMRC and other authorities, where we are legally required to report or retain information.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising purposes, because we run no advertising that uses it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and financial records for at least 6 years, in line with our record-keeping obligations as a sole trader.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
- correct inaccurate data (rectification);
- delete your data, where we're not required to keep it (erasure);
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format.
Email Contact email to be confirmed to exercise any of these. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) at any time, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookie Stripe's own checkout page needs to process your payment securely; nothing else. Full detail is at legal/cookies.md.
