Dispatched from UK stock, 2 to 4 working days.

Everything on this shop is held in a United Kingdom warehouse before you order it. Nothing is posted from overseas, so nothing arrives with a customs charge attached.

What it costs

Nothing extra. The price on the product page is the price at the checkout, and it includes delivery. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge added at the last step.

Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland Great Britain only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or outside the UK.

Stripe's checkout cannot always tell a Northern Ireland address apart from a mainland one at the moment you pay. If an order does come through with a BT postcode we refund it in full, usually the same day, and email you to explain.

Tracking

We email a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, which is normally Royal Mail or Evri. If four working days pass with no tracking movement, email us and we will chase or replace it.

If it does not arrive

The law puts the risk on us until the parcel is in your hands. If it is lost, that is ours to fix, not yours to chase the carrier over. See the faulty goods page for what you are entitled to.
