What to include

• Your order number, from the Stripe receipt email.
• The postcode the order was sent to.
• A photo, if something arrived damaged.

We aim to answer within one working day. If you are cancelling an order, the returns policy has the model cancellation form, and an email saying you want to cancel is enough on its own.
