When will it arrive?
Dispatched from UK stock, 2 to 4 working days. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland Great Britain only. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or outside the UK. An order to one of those addresses is refunded in full.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from the day it arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and 14 more days to send it back. Return postage is yours to pay on a change of mind. Read the returns policy.
What if it arrives faulty?
Tell us within 30 days and you can reject it for a full refund. We pay the cost of sending a faulty item back. Read the faulty goods page.
Will a supermarket scanner read the barcode through the bag?
Yes. The mesh is open enough for a handheld or a bed scanner to read a label inside it.
Can I use them in the freezer?
No. They are for carrying and storing loose produce, not for freezing.
